Partnership in Thinking (PiT) offers an innovative, concise consulting format tailored for strategy directors and CEOs of companies looking to dedicate a day to rigorous and forward-thinking analysis. It brings together distinguished scholars from various disciplines to collaborate with participants in evaluating the current landscape, future opportunities, and risks within the context of global developments, considering each specific field of expertise.
In an era marked by escalating complexity and rapid changes, such a multidisciplinary, macroscopic depth-analysis becomes crucial for the successful establishment, operation, and evaluation of companies. The PiT approach focuses on genuine, collaborative thinking rather than traditional “consulting” that applies cookie-cutter solutions. For recruitment, Tetranomics can draw on members of the Parmenides Foundation faculty and other experts from the Tetranomics network.

Marc Werheid serves as the COO of Tetranomics SE. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s operational processes. His professional career is marked by a diverse range of experiences in various business sectors.
Marc has extensive experience as a sustainability consultant. He has acquired vast knowledge and expertise in integrating sustainable practices into different business contexts. His goal is to develop and implement corporate strategies that meet ecological, social, and economic standards. His consulting work spans numerous industries, and he uses his expertise to guide companies through sustainable transformation.
As a co-founder of M3TRIX GmbH, a company specializing in the development and implementation of sustainable corporate strategies, he helps businesses make their processes and models environmentally friendly, socially responsible, and economically successful.
In addition to his roles as a consultant and COO, Marc Werheid is actively involved in founding social startups. In 2021, he launched an impact-oriented startup in the sports sector, combining his passion for sports with the aim of creating positive change.
Furthermore, Marc Werheid is an editor of specialized books on sustainability. Through his publications, he provides well-founded insights and shares his practical knowledge with interested individuals and professionals. His works are a valuable resource for those who want to delve deeper into the implementation of sustainability and contribute to raising awareness for responsible actions in business.
Marc is also known as a respected speaker, lecturer, and moderator, sharing his expertise on sustainable business practices with various audiences. His commitment helps promote dialogue and awareness for future-oriented business practices and strategies.
Since 2022, Marc Werheid has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Parmenides AG. In this role, he brings his extensive experience and profound knowledge to support and advise the company in its strategic orientation and development.
Patrick Bungard is a co-founder and managing director of Tetranomis SE. In his competency profile, he combines extensive practical experience from more than 15 years of working in the economy in the field of corporate sustainability with expertise from collaborating with non-profit organizations and social enterprises. His professional stations included, among others, Accenture and the Centre for Social Investment and Innovation at the University of Heidelberg. He teaches at various universities and business schools and has developed and moderated numerous training programs on the topic of sustainability management as a scientific advisor. These include organizations such as the Haufe Academy and the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce. He publishes in business journals and is a book editor. In 2016, he was a co-founder and leader of M3TRIX, a consulting and research institute focused on sustainability, and one of the founding directors of the Centre for Advanced Sustainable Management (CASM) at the Cologne Business School.
Prof. Dr. Albrecht von Müller is the founder of the Parmenides Foundation and the head of the Parmenides Center for the Study of Thinking. His main areas of focus are the concept of time and the theory of complex thinking. To support the human brain in mastering complexity and to further develop its innate abilities, he developed the Visual Reasoning Language EIDOS. He has served as a scientific advisor for several governments, supranational institutions, and private companies. He worked for many years at Max Planck Institutes and taught philosophy at Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) in Munich. He publishes in the fields of philosophy, theoretical physics, politics, complexity theory, and cognitive sciences. Together with Ernst Pöppel, he edits the Springer book series “On Thinking”.
